Will scented candles trigger a dorm room smoke alarm/sprinkler?
Stay in a single dormitory room in college, and each room has a smoke alarm and a shower. Oh, I would like to light a scented candle (in a glass jar) to spice it up abit on the site, operated smoke alarm / shower? If you aspire and showers soak my electronic monitoring. The two places that could happen to be sailing under the alarm and a shower of smoke. Can try to move it elsewhere, however if it is too dangerous. ¡Advise please, thanks!

Not unless they catch something on fire.

A candle will not trigger the system. Just make certain that the candle isn’t too large and blow it out whenever you aren’t in your dorm room.
My daughter has a smelly candle in her dorm room and so far, so good!

I would be more afraid of setting a dorm on fire! Most dorms and hotels have rules about candles for good reason. Why don’t you purchase one of those candle warmers (about 7 bucks). It will scent the room and save your candle. Buy a couple of strong jar candles that will last a long time (Yankee’s are great). Good luck
